Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, optional phone number and order notes. Your shipping address and payment card are entered on Stripe's checkout page.
• When you contact us: your name, email and the message you send.
• Your cart: the items in your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. This never leaves your device until you check out.
• Server logs: our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social-media pixels on this site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; TechVerge never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to fill the order, such as your name, shipping address and the amount paid.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims
• To reply to your messages
• To keep records we're legally required to keep, such as sales and tax records
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of the site

We'll only send marketing emails if you've asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our web and email host, and the shipping carrier delivering your order. We don't sell or rent personal information.

Devices you send us

If you sell, trade in or return a device, please remove your accounts and data first. Any data we find is erased as part of our normal process. We don't look through, copy or keep it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Contact messages are deleted when they're no longer needed to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email support@techverge.net.

Children

This store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
