Free US shipping on orders of $99 or more; otherwise $7.99 flat rate. Ships to US addresses only.

Delivery time

Orders are estimated to arrive in 3–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; weekends and holidays aren't business days.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Michigan sales tax (6%) is added at checkout for Michigan addresses.

Packing

Every item is packed to survive the trip. Devices with lithium batteries are packed and labelled following the carrier's rules for batteries. We never ship a device with a damaged or swollen battery.

Arrived damaged?

Take photos of the box and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — see returns, refunds & warranty.

Where is my order?

Email support@techverge.net with your order reference (it starts with TV-) and we'll check it for you.

Local pickup in Lansing

Prefer to collect it? Choose Pick up in Lansing, Michigan at checkout. Pickup is free and by appointment: once your order is ready we email you to arrange a time. Bring your order reference. Michigan sales tax applies to pickup orders because the sale takes place in Michigan. TechVerge has no walk-in store.
