90-day warranty

Hardware we sell is covered for 90 days from delivery against faults that weren't caused by an accident or misuse. If a covered fault appears, we'll repair it, replace the item with an equivalent one, or refund you — your choice where possible.

The warranty doesn't cover:

• Physical damage, liquid damage or damage from power surges
• Normal cosmetic wear after delivery
• Software problems, viruses or data loss
• Items opened or modified by someone else in a way that caused the fault

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Products are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty unless the listing says so.

Damaged in shipping?

Take photos of the box and the item, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Make a claim

Email support@techverge.net with your order reference and what's wrong. Please don't ship anything back until we reply with instructions. See also Returns & refunds.
