Refund Policy


Cancellation of Services:

You may cancel our Services at any time by providing us with a notice of your intent to cancel the services by sending an email to billing@techverge.net. If you do not receive a call or an email confirming the service cancellation within 48 business hours, you must call us at our Customer Service number +1-800-980-4784 (Toll Free) during normal business hours.

Money Back Guarantee:
You are entitled to receive 100% of your money back in case Techverge has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. For money back request please call our billing department at +1-800-980-4784 (Toll Free) or send an email to billing@techverge.net, instead of calling your banking institution. This would enable us to process your request faster.

Refund:
All our Subscription based and Incident based plans start from the date on which you signup or sign the agreement copy, and the payment is realized.
In case of Subscription based plan the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis. You will receive refund or partial refund or any credits for any charges already billed to your account in proportion to the amount of time left in your subscription period, in strict consideration of the following conditions:

  • In case we have not been able to resolve even 1 issue with your computer or devices in the first 30 days you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you chose to cancel the services after 30 days and there are one or more cases resolved, you will get refund of subscription fees after deducting the one time service charge equal to 25% of the subscription amount or $99.99 (whichever is lower). This is applicable within first 60 days of the signup.
  • Post 60 days of the subscription, we would refund the amount after prorating the service for that month. For example if you have taken an annual plan and ask for a refund in the 4th month we would deduct the amount for four months and pay the rest back to you.
    In case of Incident Based Plans, however, you are eligible for full refund only if one of the following conditions is true.
  • The issue is out of scope for the particular incident plan
  • The case was not resolved within 7 days, or
  • The 7 days period is still not over You are not eligible for refund only post 7 days since the issue was successfully resolved.
    Once the refund request is confirmed with you, we will process the refund in 3-5 business days and the money would go to the same card/ bank that you initially used to process the transaction. However, it might take up to one or two billing cycle for the amount to get reflected in your statement.
