All third party software’s used belongs from top companies like Microsoft, Kaspersky, AVG, malware bytes, Norton etc. Some of the software’s may be available for free which you can download from their official website.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: The customer satisfaction metric is based on an online survey that all of our users are given the option of completing at the end of each repair session. Not all users complete this online survey. This metric is not based on a third-party audit by a market research firm specializing in customer satisfaction tracking studies. As such this metric may not be statistically accurate measurement of Techverge customer satisfaction.

OUR POLICY: We believe in customer’s total satisfaction with transparent policies. We do not overcharge or automatically renew your policy. There are no hidden charges.

PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE: Techverge currently does not use or sell any proprietary computer repair software or diagnostic tools

NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS: Currently it is our policy to not automatically renew our subscribers.

USER’S REJECTION: All changes made to your computer and remote session is done by your due permission. Customer can deny any service provided by us any time.
